Kitchen Staff
Jason our chef has moved on for new opportunities and we are grateful for all the lovely meals that he cooked for our community, and we wish him well for the future. TnS have put in place an experienced chef who has been getting to know the children this week and cooking us delicious meals.
PE Kit
Please ensure that the children are coming into school ready for PE in the correct clothing.
Blue shorts or tracksuit trousers, white T shirts and a blue track suit top. No other colours please. Y6 can wear their leaver hoodies but need navy shorts or joggers.
No earrings, jewellery or nail varnish please – save that for the weekends.
Sporting Success
We’ve had lots of sporting success this week at local tournaments thanks to Charlie’s coaching and our enthusiastic, skilled staff. A team from Year 5 & 6 won the Winter Olympics, which included ice hockey, curling, tobogganing and ice skating, coming 1st out of 10 teams. You may wonder how they skated, and they told us that they had soft bags on their feet which slid across the floor.
Today, a team from Year 3 & 4 returned to school delighted to have won the Tag Rugby out of 5 teams, showing fantastic teamwork and sportsmanship. You can find pictures on Twitter, which can also be accessed via the website.
Congratulations to our New Governor
Congratulations to Gary Palmer who has been elected to the role and we look forward to welcoming him to the team. Our governors work very hard behind the scenes to support the school and families and I would like to thank them for their dedication, skills and expertise in challenging us to ensure that the children have the best opportunities.

Please drive with care and slow down, in the vicinity of the school in accordance with the road signs, as local residents are concerned at the speed of some cars at drop off and pick up times.
