Science Update 

We have seen some interesting science lessons around the school this week.  The children are developing their skills of inquiry and asking highly thought-provoking questions and making links to their previous learning.  

World Book Day 

Next week we are looking forward to World Book Day on Thursday when the children will be focused on the story, ‘The Planet in a Pickle Jar’.  I’m looking forward to all the creative approaches to representing their favourite stories with objects in a pickle jar and watching them share their ideas with their friend from their twinned class. 

Governor Suggestion Box 

The governors are putting an ideas and suggestion box in the office reception area on Monday.  This is a place where you can ask questions or put forward ideas or observations.  

Shrove Tuesday  

Thank you to Tamlyn and the TNS team for making delicious pancakes for us on Tuesday to celebrate Shrove Tuesday.  The dinners continue to be colourful, enticing and absolutely delicious.
