What a busy week!

9E05B73B E750 493B 81DD CCF7267FF1C5

In the discovery area this week the children had the chance to unscrew some toys and change their batteries. They were all very intrigued to find out what batteries actually do and how they worked. It’s also been lovely to see all the children doing a few challenges around  the nursery. The children had to find hidden numbers and logos around the setting and then tick them off. In maths this week we are looking out how we can describe objects by their weight and using some weighing scales to demonstrate this. We have also been inspired by one of our nursery children who has been making bird feeders at home, therefore this week we have been doing this in the busy finger area.
