The children were especially excited for Pancake day this year!

Our STEM room has been refurbished and it is the first time we will be cooking in there.

First we read Mr Wolf's Pancakes. It's an old favourite but the children always squeal when Mr Wolf gobbles up his bad-mannered neighbours.

Then we went to the new STEM room and measured out the ingredients carefully before using our muscles to mix the batter until it was smooth.

Finally we were amazed when the new induction hobs cooked our pancakes so quickly!

We all enjoyed our pancakes together with our favourite toppings before carefully washing up to keep our STEM room neat and tidy.
