World Book Day

This week, we celebrated World Book Day. The children were invited to bring in one of their favourite books from home to share with their friends. It was great to see the children so enthusiastic when sharing their books. On Thursday the children looked fantastic dressed up as characters from books that they enjoy and their role-play throughout the day included lots of lovely story telling language. The children enjoyed a snowy walk to the Ignite building where they visited the library for the first time. We had our story time session here and are looking forward to borrowing our own library books in the upcoming weeks.
