Carnival Time

Nursery have had a lovely week enjoying the sunshine. We have been outside planting sunflowers and talking about the different parts of the plant. 

Over the week we have learnt about carnivals and what happens during a carnival parade. The children have had fun creating their own headdresses using a range of different craft resources and covering everything in glitter. 

On Thursday afternoon we joined the school to support the parade. We stood wearing our carnival headdresses and danced along to the carnival music using instruments.
