Fun in the rain!

What a wet week it has been, but it really hasn’t stopped the children having fun. They have loved splashing in the puddles outside and exploring the mud kitchen. The children have made their very own soup, adding different herbs from our herb wall. We have also been on a hunt, looking for a variety of insects around the nursery and describing them to one another. At carpet time, we have been reading the story ‘Brown Bear, Brown Bear, What Do You See?’. The children have really enjoyed listening to the book and joining in. Lastly, on Friday we went on a walk around the school finding all signs of Autumn, the children collected different objects that reminded them of Autumn.
