CrossFit at Unit22

For the last 6 weeks a group of Year 5 and 6 children have completed CrossFit Workshops.

They have learnt many new movements including: 

  • Front Squats 
  • Deadlifts 
  • Push Press
  • Strict Press
  • Push ups 
  • Burpees 

and the list continues! The children had a great time learning all of these movements!

Crossfit is functional fitness which encorporates many elements such as, weights, endurance and gymnastics.
