The children learnt about 'Shrove Tuesday' and how people traditionally cook and eat pancakes.They followed the recipe to make their pancakes and thoroughly enjoyed choosing which topping they would like before eating them.We made extra pancakes for our 'mud kitchen' and the children took on the challenge of trying to flip them.
