On Culture day some of the children came to nursery wearing some lovely outfits to celebrate their culture. We had a group discussion about being respectful of peoples views and how they live their lives. 
During PSED this week we discussed how everybody is the same but different too. Not just physical and visual differences but how everybody has different interests and different lives, and why that is positive. The children enjoyed discussing this as a class, and we recorded lovely ‘voice of the child’ comments such as “We all live in different houses, but in the same country.”
