Welcome everyone to a new year at nursery! The children have settled in wonderfully, forming new friendships and engaging in a wide range of learning activities.
Inside our temporary class room the children have been busy constructing with Lego, creative painting, playdough modelling, group singing and shared storytimes, among many other activities.
In our covered outdoor area, sensory exploration has been a key focus, with children participating in sand and water play.
We have spent a lot of time exploring forest school, which has allowed the children to connect with nature through planting flowers, mud kitchen roleplay, football and enviromental exploration.
The children also ventured into the lunch hall for the very first time, they have loved sitting chatting and sharing this new experience
with their friends.
