Sports Days
Miss Holmes and Miss Lee organised four slick and well thought out Sports Days with a good balance of fun alongside some healthy competition. The Young Leaders supported the children by clearly explaining each event and supporting and encouraging all the children.
Thank you to Gemma and the Friends who sold refreshments and raised £100!

Special Announcement – Bridgewater Primary School has been awarded the Platinum School Games Mark! Well done to Miss Holmes, Miss Lee, all the children and the team at Bridgewater.
Heatwave
There is a potential heatwave next week with an amber warning. Please ensure the children have their hats, water bottles and suncream, well applied at home.
New Intake
It was great to meet all the New Intake parents this week and get to know everyone a bit better. There was a lovely atmosphere, and we are all looking forward to the fun days at school very soon. Thank you to Heather and Aaron from TnS for supplying delicious tasters/meals! Gemma and the Friends sold a lot of pre-loved uniform thanks to all your donations and Stevenson’s, the Uniform shop also came to school. Thank you to Mrs Wise, the Reception team, office team and all the staff who attended.
Special Mention
A special mention from Pearse, Gregory and James who commend the Year 2 and Year 3 raised beds saying how lovely they look. It’s lovely when students appreciate each other’s hard work.
