Community Project!

blog photo 100524

This week the children have been doing a lot of learning in our outdoor area. Planting beans, working on physical development, exploring the water trays and enjoying the sunshine. Alongside this we have also been taking part in a community project to celebrate the 800 year anniversary of St Peter & St Paul Church in Abington. Every child has made their own butterfly, choosing the rainbow colours independently and using their scissor skills to cut out the butterflies head and body to create a beautiful mural. The children have enjoyed creating this and they are all proud of their individual pieces of art.
