Mexican Hot Chocolate

As a final Mexican-themed activity, years 5 and 6 had the opportunity to try Mexican-style hot chocolate.  We added chocolate sauce, ground cinnamon and chilli powder to chocolate powder to make the drink.  We had many positive responses when tasting it and realised that we only needed to add a little chilli powder!
